We are often dreaming our ignorance hide it inside. During night hours your brain is absolutely free from all kind of external stress and your brain is in energized condition so you consider your dreams during your sleep. But what happens during day time you are get engaged with your activities and your are not supposed to dream. Also you are in energy discharged condition. If you had a greater concentration you can certainly dream think differently while you engaged with surrondings. There the birth of a thinker starts....... & dreams leads him.
